Renee recently helped us buy our first house. As first timers in home-buying, we had a ton of questions and Renee made us feel so comfortable. She would sometimes answer her email within minutes and was constantly on top of the new listings in the areas we were looking. She went above and beyond what we thought (and heard) a realtor should do. I would recommend Renee to anyone looking for a house in Columbus.

Above and beyond!

Kerlous went above and beyond for us. From driving to multiple homes (some only minutes notice) until he helped us find the perfect one, to checking on us after the closing and once we were settled in to make sure everything was going well and we were happy! Kerlous doesn’t just go through the motions he is about building relationships and having your best interest in mind!

Kerlous made my entire selling process super easy. He guided me the entire way giving advice, feedback, and staying in communication. I was worried that my house wouldn't sell but when Kerlous took over, it happened almost instantly. Maybe it was magic, I don't know but what I do know is that Kerlous made something happen. Grateful for him and will work with him again!
