Bill was professional and courteous with us from day one. He provided plenty of notice prior to doing an "open house", for us to schedule something for our dogs on that day / time, as well as notice on any other realtors coming in to show the place. Any word on offers, or interest, he'd let us know by phone, or text messages. Provided us with info on "next step(s)" in the process. The first "Sale Pending" fell through, but he went right back to work.
