Our move was from another city and she made everything as seamless as possible. She has also gone above and beyond to help us with vendors to fix up our new home. We had the privilege of working with Melanie for both the purchase and sale of our first home. In both cases, she was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in her approach and explanations. I felt she truly had our best interests in mind. She struck a delicate balance between providing her expertise and allowing us to make decisions regarding our home sale. She also promptly replies to texts, phone calls and emails when working with her. Buying/selling a home is the largest financial transaction most families will make in their lifetime and it is worth taking the time to vet a real estate agent who will take it seriously.
