Janie was able to negotiate a very fair deal with the buyer . Got the buyer to the closing on time, no problems. Highly recommend this young lady.

Jenni stopped by early in the process and helped us make a detailed list of suggested improvements. This was invaluable because it helped us focus on the items that would really matter to buyers in our area. She helped us time and price our listing correctly. Despite the fact that there were two other houses in our neighborhood with the same floor plan on sale at the same time as ours, we were able to get into contract within three days. Ours sold for more than the others and for more than I was expecting. This was definitely due to her guidance and expertise. This is our second time using Jenni to buy and sell a home and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend her!

On the ball. Knows what she is doing. Highly recommend. 7th
