As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. His team and his leadership in this led me to getting this House with a good interest rate in a hard market I appreciate everything that he did and I will say that you should go with him if you have trepidations I shall say that it is better to go with him than anyone else. He made my life easy in a world of real estate that is very opaque ordinarily to an average person.

Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me.
