I don’t know if all realtors are this patient, but our home search took us through a lot of homes and we just weren’t finding the right one. Getting into contract and closing on this house was at the speed of lightening and Courtney was amazing. Answered all of our questions, kept us up to date on everything that was going on and was a calming force for us when needed.

I felt incredibly comfortable working with Courtney as my agent to sell my home. Selling a house is so personal and has so many layers to it and Courtney was patient and understanding through the whole process. Exceptional communication, I always knew what was going on and what the next steps were. Highly recommend when buying or selling your home!

We're very grateful to Court for stepping in to help us chart a new direction for the sale of our home in Old Town East. After over a year on the market with minimal interest, Court offered some new suggestions and helped to implement them for our home. When we hit market, he was diligent with getting the word out, and within a month we were in contract. Court also served as a valuable caretaker for our home as we had already moved out of town. We would definitely recommend Court for your home sale!

Vanessa is an absolute rockstar! We needed to sell a distressed property that was in rough condition and had active city notices against it. Vanessa didn’t blink an eye. She stepped right in, jumped into action, and found us an investor incredibly fast. Throughout the entire process, she was highly responsive, reliable, and completely professional. She handled the communication with the title company seamlessly and made sure we knew exactly where we stood every single step of the way. She made a highly stressful situation feel completely manageable. Vanessa is amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house in the Columbus metro area!

Vanessa's experience made a difference in winning the bid on this property. Also once over, Vanessa pointed out errors in the listing agents paperwork. Thank you Vanessa!

Vanessa Sutton was always available to me when I had questions/concerns about the finding another home
