Paul is amazing! He was very understanding of what our needs and wants were for our new home. He was quick to respond to questions and requests for information. Any time we wanted to view a home he made himself available on our time schedule which can be a little chaotic. He did a great job of helping us to understand the process and he was very honest about any flaws he saw or problems that he thought could arise. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community.
