We met Lauren by accident and we are so grateful we did. She immediately felt like a friend and made finding us the right house as much of a priority for her as it was for us. We knew we weren’t her only clients but she sure made us feel like we were. She is easy to communicate with and is very responsive. She has great negotiation skills and we honestly don’t think we would have landed our dream home without her. We are forever grateful to her.

Ben was wonderful to work with both on the sale of our property in Delaware where our home sold for the highest amount ever garnered for a property in that development. He also represented us on the purchase of our new home in Sunbury where everything was spot on from our offer thru the close. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout both transactions. We would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking for someone to manage their real estate transaction.

Steve did a great job helping us with the purchase of our new home and with staging and selling our former home. His responsiveness was top notch and he was always willing to go above and beyond to help with any request we had, no matter how big or small. Steve really listened to our questions and concerns — buying and selling a house can be stressful— and provided great assistance.
