Aly always made sure I felt safe and comfortable at all of the places I looked at and then we would talk about what I liked and didn’t like about the property until I found my perfect place. Aly is so knowledgeable about the market and how to navigate putting in an offer and as a first time home buyer this was so helpful and she made the process not stressful. Due to no fault of this wonderful agent, our last sale was a challenge. In the midst of building our new home, moving into temporary living, and having a baby, our stress was maxed out. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community.
