Was able to buy our house $15,000 below asking price in a hot market while initially going into contract $18,000 over. The Buyer fell through and Justin was able to keep us in contract on our new home for two months, while we were able to find a buyer that bought our old house for asking price Justin kept in communication with the entire process and connected us with a motivated lender.
