Judith listed our house for us, and we were under contract in a week. She has a great reputation in our community and was recommended to me by our mortgage broker. She was also our buying agent. She got us in to look a house before it even hit the market, knowing it was in a neighborhood we wanted and in our budget. We loved the house and offered, and just closed yesterday.
