Once I found a house I liked, he offered a lot of useful advice for putting together a bid that would win in a competitive market without overspending. Throughout the closing process, he explained each step and made sure I was clear on what to expect and what I needed to do. From start to finish, Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful, responding quickly to messages with answers to questions and solutions to problems. I'll be recommending him to anyone looking for a house in the Columbus area and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
