I have now worked with Stacy Taylor on multiple houses, both buying and selling, and she never once balked at any issue during those transactions. Stacy is imminently capable and always prepared for any exigency. She has a creative solution developed as soon as she is presented with a problem, and is always prompt in communicating with all parties. Perhaps most importantly, Stacy genuinely cares for what is both important and best for her clients. If you have a very specific preference about any possible characteristic of a property, Stacy will find something that works for you. Helping people find and then acquire the right house, even if that also includes selling a current home, is something she cares deeply about and that is proven by her behavior and track record. I cannot sing her praises loudly enough such that I’d ever do her justice.

Stacy and team were great! She made everything so easy! I will continue to recommend this team and will work with them again myself one day!

They provided great communication and were very responsive to our needs and questions. Conner went above the call of his duties in my opinion. Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem. Conner and Stacy are a valuble asset to the Company in my eyes. If we ever move back to Ohio they will be my first point of contact for a Realtor.

David was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our home buying journey. He made the entire process smooth, stress free, and always kept our family’s needs and preferences at the forefront. He was incredibly responsive and flexible, accommodating last minute showings when needed while also keeping everything organized and well planned. As parents of two young children who often accompanied us on showings, we especially appreciated how patient, kind, and engaging David was with them. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference in our experience. We highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home; you’ll be in excellent hands.

I cannot say enough great things about our Realtor, David Hannan. We interviewed multiple local “experts” and selecting Dave was an easy decision. From our initial meeting, he was informed, intelligent, had an acute level of observation, and did his homework. He demonstrated expertise at a level far and above the others. Throughout the sale process Dave kept us informed at every step. He held open houses and consistently followed up with all who visited. His energy and diligence was impressive. As we received offers, he negotiated them shrewdly yet with integrity. He had creative ideas that kept the final deal together when it looked like compromise wasn’t an option. We sold our house and could not have been more pleased with the service Dave provided. From the initial discussion, to the closing and subsequent post-closing issues, Dave was always one step ahead and willing to assist in ways well outside the scope of a typical Realtor. We feel extremely fortunate to have had Dave Hannan representing us and guiding us through the home sale process!!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Dave! He was incredibly patient as we went back and forth exploring both listed homes and the option of building new. Dave was always kind, helpful, and very accommodating of our busy schedules, making the entire process feel stress-free. He provided excellent guidance on how to get our home ready to list—and it paid off! Our house sold in just three days. Dave made the listing process simple and seamless, walking us through every step with confidence and clarity. Once we decided on a new build, Dave continued to be by our side—working directly with the builder, handling the back-and-forth negotiations, and ensuring everything stayed on track. His professionalism and dedication gave us complete peace of mind from start to finish. We’re so grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or build!
