Jeff was always responsive when I reached out with questions or thoughts. Jeff is a very positive and professional person. The market at the moment with the higher interest rates makes it a little tougher to sell a house, however Jeff was able to get the dollar value for the house I was looking for and negotiated a good deal.

Jenni went above and beyond to help us through the process of building a home. She was with us at every appointment with the builder and really gave us confidence knowing there was someone that was on our side through the process. We had so many issues with our new build and she helped advocate for us through it all. Because of her research and communication with the builder we were able to get many of the issues resolved that the builder would’ve otherwise ignored. If you are building a home you need an agent and Jenni is the best out there! BTW the seller (builder) likely pays the commission so it’s a win-win for you. You have representation and someone in your corner without added cost! She also helped us sell our previous home in a pretty saturated market. Her knowledge and expertise helped us to sell quickly amd for more than I would’ve thought!

Janie made our entire process extremely easy, and more importantly she made if feel safe and gave us confidence in our decisions. With her experience and knowledge not only on the real estate side but also on quality construction of homes we felt completely taken care of and looked out for during our home buying process. Janie made her self available for us anytime, going above and beyond to meet with us, answer questions and connecting us with many valuable resources for not only the buying process but for work to be done on our home after closing. We will happily recommend Janie Patterson and the Cutler real estate group to anyone.

We had a wonderful time working with Julianna. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, respected our budget and was committed to helping us find the best fit within the right price range. We hadn't purchased a home in over 10 years and she did an excellent job explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Julianna was incredibly responsive, accommodated our schedules for showings and was always available to answer questions and provide helpful resources along the way. In a competitive market, her knowledge and guidance helped us navigate the process with confidence. She advocated for us during negotiations and helped us secure favorable terms. Most importantly, she made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. We always felt listened to, understood and supported throughout our entire journey. Her positive attitude, professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. We would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her to family, friends or anyone looking for a realtor who truly has their clients' best interests at heart.

Working with Jennifer is always fantastic! She has helped us several times with our real estate needs. Most recently, she helped to make our miracle dream home possible! We built a brand new home and she was with us every step of the way. Her communication is great and she is clearly dedicated to her clients. She seems to really love what she does. We highly recommend buying your home with Jen!

We couldn’t have asked for better realtors! Mike & Julie went above and beyond from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and truly had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, but they made everything as smooth and easy as possible. We are so grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home. 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough! Thank you to the Symanski’s for a wonderful experience!
