Mark Talis is a joy to work with. We’ve worked with Mark several times over the last 15 years. He’s always been patient and shows a strong knowledge of the market. We appreciate how helpful he’s been beyond just the scope of buying or selling a home.

Eric was very accomodating. He went extra mile to help us find a property. I would strongly recomend him for a future buyers.

Working with Eric Hammersmith was an absolute game-changer for us. Finding the right property took us more than three years, and throughout the entire journey, Eric H was very patient, supportive, and dedicated to help us to find our dream property. He never once made us feel rushed, always took the time to show us every property we wanted to see, and provided invaluable guidance on buying. His communication is top-notch—he responded to every single email and question quickly and thoroughly. He is highly knowledgeable, deeply professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Mr. Hammersmith, for helping us finally find our dream property! We strongly recommend Eric Hammersmith to any homebuyer who wants a truly supportive partner.

I have worked with Steve for many years. Just bought my third house with his help. I can call or text him when I need him or have questions. I rely on his judgement and knowledge of the home buying and selling process. All in all he makes this process easy.

Stephen went above and beyond with our most recent purchase of our dream property. He was able to get us through what seemed to be endless properties as our needs were a bit niche. Once we found the perfect property, he was able to work us an amazing deal to make sure we were able to secure the property within our budget and under appraisal. Myself and my family have worked with Stephen many times and he always delivers top results! Thanks again!

He has been involved in sever buy and sell positions with us all great experience. The last experience was the hardest because. No one was buying because of the stock market. Our condo was only 3 yrs old and had many updates. We tried for 4 months to sell. A lot of lookers and Open Houses but no offers. We told him we were ready to make our final offer. We asked him to get a sign made of our final price. It was sold over night and the buyer received a good bargain.. We used Steve several times in buying and selling, and all was great...

We appreciated the fact that all of our communication was with Ann! She was very knowledgeable of the market and that helped with all negotiations that we were faced with.

I found Ann Sullivan to be a terrific agent. This is is the third time we have sold a home and it couldn't have gone better. She was easy to contact and always had helpful recommendations when asked. Sold on day one for over the asking price!

I was overwhelmed with this process, however with the knowledge, guidance and support from Ann Sullivan, this experience of selling my brother's house was easier than expected. Ann was always available and quick to respond to my questions and or concerns. I highly recommend Ann to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Luciana Pierson
