As an older couple who reached the age where maintaining a large home surrounded by a busy yard became too much, we decided to downsize. We had never met Chris but had known about him for many years, having lived in the Olde Sawmill area and hearing about him from former neighbors. I know Chris faced some frustrations, but he was very patient with us old folks. A week before the Open House we drove home from shopping to find Chris pruning trees and trimming bushes, on a hot July afternoon.
