As an older couple who reached the age where maintaining a large home surrounded by a busy yard became too much, we decided to downsize. We had never met Chris but had known about him for many years, having lived in the Olde Sawmill area and hearing about him from former neighbors. They advertised him as being very personable, knowledgeable, and very honest in the appraisal of their homes... the good and the bad. The neighbors were right. Our only regret was not contacting him two or three months before we anticipated putting our home on the market, allowing us the time to do some recommended repairs and cosmetics. I know Chris faced some frustrations, but he was very patient with us old folks.
