Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!

As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.
