And beyond. When we couldn’t establish our water account, Nancy went straight to the department manager to insure our account was opened. When the check from the closing attorney was delayed, Nancy offered to go the 70 miles to his office to get it. When the buyer hesitated to close over petty issues, Nancy offered to pay for the issues to be addressed. During all the stress and challenges there was Nancy, reassuring us it would happen.
