Nancy Laslo doesn’t just find you a house. She finds you The House. We had difficulty selling our house in another market so we could move to River Landing. First, Nancy found an agent to co-list with to sell our house. Then she presented us with a variety of houses that were all perfect for our needs as we waited to sell. Once our house sold at a price that allowed us to select the house we wanted, Nancy was on top of both transactions, guiding us, reassuring us, troubleshooting for us all the way to the closing. And beyond. When we couldn’t establish our water account, Nancy went straight to the department manager to insure our account was opened. When the check from the closing attorney was delayed, Nancy offered to go the 70 miles to his office to get it. When the buyer hesitated to close over petty issues, Nancy offered to pay for the issues to be addressed. During all the stress and challenges there was Nancy, reassuring us it would happen. Now we are in a fabulous house, in a beautiful place with special neighbors. Thank you, Nancy.
