When Amanda sent us the home we’d been waiting and praying for we reached out immediately. She got us a showing within 2 hours. Her expertise of the market and negotiating skills got us an accepted offer in just 2 days. She fought for us like a bulldog in negotiating with the sellers and was always on top of what was best for us. She guided us through complex contracts with ease, explaining everything in plain English, which gave us so much confidence. Amanda was always incredibly responsive, answering every call and text, and kept us updated on every detail along the way. We appreciated her honesty and how she always made time for our many questions, no matter how big or how small. Her expert ability to communicate with all the home inspectors and contractors made the whole process easy. Purchasing a home can be very scary but Amanda took control, made it fun, and handled all the worries for us. She went above and beyond by giving us contacts with reliable contractors she has worked with for improvements we wanted done. Amanda made the transition to our new home perfectly seamless. She was friendly, professional, and a delight to work with—she truly made this a great experience. We feel she built a great relationship with us, and we now consider her a family friend who we can call on for her many talents and assets. We will definitely be sending our family and friends to her.
