108 real estate agents in Sunset Beach

Patricia was friendly, professional and available at any time of the day or evening to answer questions and explain details related to our property or the market in general. Patricia had a strong knowledge of the communities we were interested in, and information on the rules and regulations that would be important to us in the future. Tracie and I are so grateful to have been able to find a realtor that genuinely cared about what was in our best interest, and helped us consider things that we had not previously thought of.

We were blessed when we found Patricia as our realtor 4 years ago to buying a home in Sunset Beach and 4 years later we had her sell our Sunset Beach home as we located back to Ohio. Her knowledge is unbeatable as well as her commitment to finding the right home to making her clients truly happy with their move. She works tirelessly and will amaze you with her dedication as your realtor choice. Kindness doesn’t even begin to describe how loving and comfortable Patricia makes you feel and during the whole process she takes all the stress of moving away and handles every detail from open houses to spur of the moment needs on a daily 24 hour availability time frame! I can’t imagine any client walking away (from her expertise and absolute going out of her way to assure the happiest sale possible) being anything but totally pleased and happy to have even met her. Patricia ends up being family and if you are lucky enough you call her and her husband good friends!
