For the past month I was a part of the process of buying a house with my boyfriend. Along with being great to work with, Heather is highly skilled at forming strategic offers and working with multiple-offer situations. We were searching for a home in Raleigh during March (which during this time, the market was incredibly competitive and most homes were sold within a few days). The house we closed on had 10 offers within two days and thanks to Heather's knowledge, strategies, and commitment, we won! Throughout the process and even after buying the home, Heather has continued to be extremely responsive to any questions that arise. She stayed excited with us the whole way through and made our first time buying a home fun and as stress-free as buying a house can be. Charlotte was very professional and paid attention to every fine detail when looking for my home. She is easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
