The details of inspections, insurance, repairs, went amazing. I know there were a lot of issues behind the scenes, however she never once made it look like the purchase was in jeopardy. We are moving down to Oriental from New Hampshire and had concerns from restaurant to stores and my partner was concerned about the ability to see sunsets as well as sunrises.
