This was my 6th home purchase, and my experience with Katie was top notch from start to finish. She was absolutely the most professional, organized, and detail oriented agent I have ever partnered with - and the best by far! Looking for a home from out-of-state should have been much more complicated but it was not because of her. I actually purchased my home sight unseen (other than a video walk through with Katie) - something I couldn’t have imagined doing if not for Katie’s diligence and attention to every detail through inspections, and other home issues that revealed themselves in the process. She went above and beyond from start to finish, kept me informed each step of the way, and was always responsive to any question or concern. I could go on and on….:) Thank you Katie!

Tina Countryman found us the perfect house . In addition , we felt like we received concierge level service . Tina went way out of her way several times to let in home inspectors , appraisers , workmen giving estimates , etc . The sellers were in a probate situation , as they were an estate of the deceased . This added an additional layer of complexity , but Tina handled it all with grace . She was very reassuring and communicative throughout the process , which was very reassuring . Also her assistant Jayne Andrew’s was phenomenal . They were so awesome , that I’d do an unpaid video testimonial for Tina and the team anytime !!!!
