Going in there wasn't much my wife and I knew about the whole process. He took time and consideration, not rushing us, to look at multiple options to best suit us. He also taught us a lot about the house buying process going in with 0 knowledge of how to go about it. We had very specific circumstances and things that came up in our final closing process that hindered it. Including having to prolong the closing process due to a close death in the family. He was very understanding and helped us with multiple problems we encountered on our end. His whole team was awesome and got things sorted out for us. Even after closing he's made it very clear of his intentions of continuos help. Already helping us set up security systems, recommendations for things to add to the home, and overall just checking in on how things are going. Couldn't of done it without him and I'm not sure many realtors would've gone above and beyond his call of duty like he did.
