After four years in Chicago, my wife and I were ready to move back to NC. House shopping online is sketchy at best, but via FaceTime Jerry spent hours showing us various houses we had identified. Jerry was always willing to point out the good and the not so good. Eventually we found a house and knew right away it was the one. Relatives in the area met Jerry for an in person showing and agreed with all of Jerry's assessments. My wife and I were ready to make an offer right away, so Jerry walked us through the offer and subsequent negotiations. Finally, we had a deal, now comes the time critical inspections, appraisal's, insurance, attorneys, etc. Through every step Jerry kept us informed and provided any paperwork needing signatures right away. If my wife or I ever had a question Jerry usually answered our call however if we ever had to leave a message, we got a return call quickly. I can't say enough good things about Jerry or our buying experience. From finding houses and Jerry online to meeting him in person for the first time at closing, it was all a textbook perfect experience! in summary, I'd definitely recommend Jerry to my friends, and I would certainly call on him again if/and when we ever move again.

He was able to answer right when we called or at least the same day which made it easier for us to know whats going on and get answers to our questions. He had good market knowledge of which houses suited our price point, yard size, house size, and optimal condition. He knew which sellers would be firm and which ones may slide favorable terms for us, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our decision and once we made our decision, he ensured we knew what was going on. He helped us get the best deal on the house and ensured we got things fixed to how we liked it.

Brandon made the entire process super easy. We could call or text anytime of the day and get a quick response to any questions or concerns we may have had. He was just as eager to look at the houses as we were. We were able to find our home , put offer in and close all in about 5- 6 weeks. We bugged the crap out of Brandon and he didn't mind at all. I would recommend him 100%. 10 out of 10 experience hands down. Now when I say he went above and beyond I mean that we went in the crawl space to check everything out after the inspector came through just to put eyes on everything ourselves. B is awesome.
