Brandon really changed my opinion on realtors as a whole. Prior experiences with multiple realtors had me hesistant to really start the process over but Brandon was quick with responses and (what really made the difference) was always available on short notice. Any house we were even slightly interested in, he got us in to walk through within 24 hours. He's very helpful especially if you've never gone through the entire process of purchasing a property before as well, always ready to answer any questions, which is a big deal for me because I have a lot. He also pointed out a lot of things on walkthroughs that our inspector would end up pointing out so he's clearly got an eye for imperfections, very straightforward with no B.S. and very willing to tell you like it is without having to worry (like i have with other realtors) about trying to sell you on something that isn't right for you. If you are at all hesistant because of prior experiences like me, or if you're just struggling to find the right home because you cant get walk ins before they're pending, I would highly recommend Brandon Benge.

Stepping out of my car to view a house my realtor at the time could not show me, I met James Travis Fain. He introduced himself and then he stated, I am obligated to tell you that FHA will not approve your loan and I'm sure any Conventional loan would not approve the loan for this house! My realtor didn't seem to think anything was wrong, and after viewing she was wrong about everything, I fired her and hired James Travis Fain. I trusted James who goes by Travis. He showed several houses, answered all my questions, answered my texts, emails very promptly and stated he would make himself available to me to view any house on any day including holidays! Travis is so honest in giving advice, he is so easy to talk to, so friendly, very professional and giving all important information needed to buy a house! Travis referred many lenders, and insurance for homeowners and allowed me to choose! He went through all due process from start to finish with me...and again I cannot stress how knowledgeable Travis is, and how much my Son and I trusted what Travis told us! Travis met with the Home Inspection guy as I could not and they were both on the line when Travis called and walked me through any rough spots. We took Travis' opinion on what we should ask to be fixed as again we trusted him! Travis texted and advised of appraisal date and when it was received. He texted approximate date of close and Travis sent many reminders during the process reminding me of important dates to note! Stephanie was excellent to work with, in a process that had an unexpected bump in the road that required us to make decisions and shift our priorities and focus within just a couple days. All along the way she was a guiding hand, keeping me both informed as well as tending to some of the loose ends that working out of town could easily get away from me.
