Melissa was great to work with! As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Melissa was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Moreover, she was not intent on just pushing to make the sale but really wanted to make sure I ended up with a home I would be happy with. She was diligent to point out any issues found during our showings and was very responsive in communication, day or night. Her level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding. I definitely wish to work with her again in the future.

Her spreadsheet with potential houses and the comments that we could both input live was so efficient and helpful. She worked her butt off and lined up several showings each weekend. I never felt like an inconvenience or that she was trying to make as much money as she could off of me. More than once she recommended not to put offers on houses that were listed too high; I never felt pressured or rushed. Her wealth of knowledge and connections helped make the entire process so smooth, as I used a lender she recommended (shout out to Scott B from Alcova!) who was also phenomenal. I will undoubtedly be using Kit for any and all real estate endeavors in the future, whether that’s long-term or short-term rentals, or buying or selling a house. She is an absolute gem who has set the standard incredibly high for all realtors. I truly cannot emphasize how fantastic Kit is.
