Could not recommend Kit more highly!!!

From our first phone call together, I knew Kit was going to be the right fit for me. She communicated effectively and in a timely manner, and truly understood what my partner and I were looking for. Her spreadsheet with potential houses and the comments that we could both input live was so efficient and helpful. She worked her butt off and lined up several showings each weekend. I never felt like an inconvenience or that she was trying to make as much money as she could off of me. More than once she recommended not to put offers on houses that were listed too high; I never felt pressured or rushed. Her wealth of knowledge and connections helped make the entire process so smooth, as I used a lender she recommended (shout out to Scott B from Alcova!) who was also phenomenal. I will undoubtedly be using Kit for any and all real estate endeavors in the future, whether that’s long-term or short-term rentals, or buying or selling a house. She is an absolute gem who has set the standard incredibly high for all realtors. I truly cannot emphasize how fantastic Kit is. She is a true professional and she’s going to go very far in this field! Thanks for everything Kit.
