My wife Evi and I were introduced to Kim through a neighbor in 2014. After meeting her, we knew she was the right agent match for us to list our home. Again, Kim revealed her exceptional RE agent skills by bringing in her staging materials, preparing our home for photos, and listing our home with gorgeous pictures that captured the true beauty of our home. After ginning up interest with a "Coming Soon" sign, we had 12 visitors the first day and 3 or 4 the second day when the house did hit the market. On the 3rd day, we had four solid offers, all for many thousands of dollars over the listing price and thousands of dollars in Due Diligence and Earnest money. After discussing with her all the offers, we did settle on the one we all agreed was the best choice. Could we have gotten a little more? Possibly, but we were delighted with the sale price and were ready to move forward. Kim is one of the hardest working, warmest, and personable people you will ever meet.
