Carmen was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we searched for our home. We had some pretty specific parameters we put in place as we searched for our new home after moving to North Carolina from Washington state. She was also very flexible and willing to work with our work schedules to ensure we were able to see the houses in a reasonable time frame. She gave us good advice and was very knowledgeable about the process as well. She used all sources of media to keep us up to date on available houses, movement on any houses and other things. She was also very kind and considerate and made sure in a very sincere way to include our adult son with special needs in the house hunting process to make sure his wants and needs were being considered. I would recommend her to anyone!
