Tracy worked tirelessly from the moment we first discussed listing our home all the way through closing day. Even though our house didn’t sell as quickly as we hoped, she stayed positive, persistent, and always ready to try new strategies to get buyers through the door. When things became challenging, Tracy didn’t hesitate to bring in other professionals for fresh, constructive feedback on how to boost curb appeal — and those improvements truly made a difference. We were especially impressed by the videos Tracy created to showcase all the wonderful features of our home. Since we weren’t living in the house during the sale, we often had to drive into town to take care of things. Tracy consistently checked on the property while we were away, frequently stopping by before showings to make sure everything looked perfect. My family and I couldn’t be more pleased with everything Tracy did to help us cross the finish line. All the behind‑the‑scenes work she put in reassured us that we had chosen the right person to guide us through the process. If you want someone who goes above and beyond — even when the road gets tough — Tracy Benton and Community First Realty are an easy choice. She worked her magic for us, and she’ll do the same for you.

I had a great experience with Dylan Rowe and Steve Gillooly. Their knowledge and attention to detail is excellent. My home sold within hours of the listing and above asking price. Thank you both.

Juan has been such a blessing to our family during our move from out of state. He helped us every step of the way, from finding a rental to guiding us toward our forever home, and truly made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. He’s professional, patient and was a joy to have around our littles. He’s not just a great realtor, but someone we truly enjoyed working with for the past 2 years!!! Thank you for everything Juan!

I met Steve over 20 years ago. He's one of the hardest working and most driven individuals I have ever known. When I needed a Real Estate agent, he was the only person I contacted. His initial assessment of what the house needed for a quick sale was "dead on". The property sold in 1 day for $1K below asking. Steve communicated with me in a very concise & timely manner throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise was evident based on the feedback he provided and the quick sale. If you don't want to experience a real estate regret, contact Steve!

From the beginning of selling our historic home, I had high expectations for the selling realtor. They needed to understand the unique nature and the unique type of buyer needed. I also expected them to manage all aspects including evaluations, inspections, estimates, repairs and maintenance while on the market. I also had financial goals, what was needed to recover and even profit from the large investments made in the historic home over the years we owned and maintained it. Tracy stepped up with full understanding of these expectations. She exceeded everything we expected and sold the home very quickly, even with holidays and a generally slow winter season. Highly recommended.

This is the second home that Tracy has sold for us. However, this time was a little different as we no longer lived in North Carolina and the home belonged to our parents who had passed away. Tracy did a wonderful job of stopping by and checking on the house, keeping us updated with all pertinent information and walking us through all of the legal issues that come from a trustee sale. I can honestly say Tracy was a "calm in the storm" for us. If we ever moved back to North Carolina, Tracy will definitely be our go to Agent.

My husband and I were just singing the praises of your team. This is the 3rd house we purchased, and working with your team has been the best experience by far.

It's amazing how the internet can connect you with someone you didn't know you needed until you did! My husband and I were watching YouTube videos to research areas around Raleigh, North Carolina. We were drawn to Brandy's videos. They were concise, informative and quick paced. We contacted Brandy letting her know we were flying in for several days to look at properties. During our conversation, Brandy asked us questions about what we were looking for and then more importantly she listened. Really listened. When we arrived from the airport we hit the ground running. During that first day, Brandy did a great job of organizing our time and then listening so that properties that didn't fit our criteria were eliminated. Brandy didn't try to convince us to buy something just to make a sale. What Brandy did was work with us to find the property that was the right one for us! Brandy is a wealth of information. We appreciated her direct manner and honest feedback. And just like that we found a realtor on YouTube and ended up closing on a place we are happy to call home.

Tracy is a fantastic agent, and I would recommend her to anyone. She has her arms around the market, trends and everything in-between. I recall one weekend where we were going to look at a number of houses, and I thought, "there's no way we can do this all in one day"... Sure enough, we did! It wasn't stressful at all, but actually kind of fun. What's funny for us is that the very first house we viewed ended up being the one we bought. Can't thank her enough for looking beyond what I thought were limitations but actually turned out to be the best attributes that I didn't see at first. Forever grateful...

Tracy exceeded every expectation I had about what working with a realtor to sell my house would be like. In addition to just being an awesome person, she knows everything and every one. Every step of the way she was there with the right advice and a great referral when I needed outside help. The marketing she did for the house was awesome, it’s a unique property and not for everyone but she did an amazing job and helped me get every dollar out of it that I could. Always super responsive and helped me understand what to worry about and what not to. She’s a pleasure to work with and knows her business. She is a rock star. Call her!!!!
