Kristina was referred to me by a trusted friend. From day one she was available to answer my questions and encouraged me to start looking at houses. When touring, she had great insight into each house. It was clear that she had done her research on each property, and was able to help me ask important questions. She was very clear and straightforward, never sharing any bias at any of the properties. Her advice was always there when I needed it, and most importantly, she was supportive, as I was a first-time homeowner searching to purchase a house by myself. She stayed on top of all communications with the seller, looping me in to ensure everything was clear. I truly felt that Kristina had my best interest in mind. My whole experience with Kristina was great, and I intend to go to her for my next home purchase.

I was totally impressed with Kristina's professionalism & her caring for my concerns as a first-time novice in selling my home. I didn't know what to expect & Kristina put all my concerns & fears to rest with our very first meeting together.
