She is up to date kn anything and everything with the market, she is great at negotiating and is very professional above all. Even after the closing she still checks in to see if anything else is needed

He marketed the property well utilizing Homes.com which seemed to boost the sale of the property which sold within 3 months at asking price. He offered his knowledge and experience referencing outside vendors we could use to accomplish additional tasks needing completion. We allowed him to be a dual agent and he managed to get us competing bids. We would use him again as either a purchasing or selling agent.
