Amy has been wonderful throughout this entire process! We let her know from the first time we met that this is all very new to us and we are coming in with little to no knowledge of the process. This did not deter Amy at all. Tirelessly throughout this process she walked us through each and every step, answered our dumb questions and was always available to assist us when we reached out! Amy listened to our opinions, heard our wants and needs, and was very diligent in showing us properties within these parameters but also showing us alternative opinions that we had not thought about! Amy was ready and willing to jump in any time we needed support when dealing with sellers, selling agents, lawyers, banks, whoever we needed! She advocate our needs whilst ensuring she was always in compliance with them; never making decisions without our involvement or approval. Buying a house will forever be stressful but Amy made the process as simple and stress-free as possible. Things were pretty smooth sailing throughout and we are really excited about our new home!
