We cannot say enough good things about Kaylee and Carolina Platinum! She was by our side every step of the way. Any speed bumps that came up she made sure we got past them. Thanks to her We not only got into our dream neighborhood for under asking but we were also able to sell our home for a record high for our neighborhood AND we sold 2 weeks sooner than the current average time on market! We dont plan on moving anytime soon but we will 10000000% be using Kaylee when we do!

From the very first conversation to the latest one Daniel has been excellent to answer any question, help with any issues and navigate the stormy ocean that is the realestate market. Exceptionally available whenever a question or concern would materalize for me. No question was left unanswered. His read of the market allowed me to make the correct decisions when to adjust to ensure a sale.Daniel is a rare gem in the market that will do the best he can for his client and will do whatever is needed to ensure that his clients are happy. I cannot conceive of a situation where I would not go with Daniel again should I have the opportunity to go back in time and do this again.

Toney Black is a thoughtful and resourceful agent with a deep well of knowledge and experience. I moved from Tampa, FL to the Piedmont area, and thanks to Toney, this was by far the smoothest and easiest move and purchase that I have ever made. I contacted Toney in January '26 after spending way too much time looking at the Internet. He really impressed me during our first conversation by genuinely working to understand what I was looking for, where I was coming from, and what I was looking for this house to become. There's a huge difference between someone asking you questions off a list so that they can barrage you with "matches" from their database, and a person like Toney, who deliberately takes the time to really understand your needs, wants, and expectations. When Toney flagged some properties for me, I could tell that there was a purposefulness to it, that he was evaluating homes that he saw with my criteria. I came to the area in mid-Feb, after Toney helped me cull our list of ~ 80, down to about 25 homes. He dug into the sellers disclosures, we discussed various pro's and cons of certain properties, locations, time on market, age of the home, you name it, we looked into it. Toney was extremely generous with his time, and his knowledge of the foibles of the housing market and the local inventory is impressive. It was really clear just by watching him that he is an expert in his field. We spend 3 days together in the car checking out all of the properties we had prioritized, and he's funny, engaging, and very well-organized. Toney was a life-saver in handling the details of the inspections, gave well thought out advice during the due diligence period, and showed himself to be a shrewd and effective negotiator. Toney is that rarest of things: a person who puts being genuine in front of anything else. He's thoughtful, empathetic, knowledgeable, and intuitive. He helped make a challenging situation for me into something that was exciting and fun.
