David was spoken so highly of by my sister (previous client) that we did not waste any time connecting with him to help find and purchase our first home. He is very hardworking, always available, and extremely knowledgeable. His website was a great tool for finding houses we wanted more information on and wanted to tour. The whole process felt much easier than we expected and we credit a lot of that to David. Because it is our first house David was able to help us find every contact we needed from our mortgage broker, inspectors, attorneys, etc. We cannot recommend our new friend David enough!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rebecca- she was referred to me from another happy individual, I can see why - Real estate is usually complicated and very intimidating, this was so not the case. I never had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca face to face, but she kept me very informed per email and text. This was a short and painless transaction -but the icing on the cake is when Rebecca sent me our final income statement, minus her fees and the lawyer's fees, it was so simple a four-year-old could have understood it. When you are 60plus, these things are not only appreciated, it is also a huge relief. We will be facing a few other Real estate adventures in the future, I wouldn't consider using anyone else. and hopefully next time, I will have the pleasure of meeting Rebecca in person.
