One thing that David stood out among other real estate agents we talked with was his willingness to meet us in person! He picked a place close to our home, brought a marketing package with him to the meeting about our home, and shared what he would do to sell it. Before he got into any information about the house - we got to know each other a little bit - which made the entire experience more relational vs. transactional. We never felt like we were being “sold” to. He had excellent communication through the entire process from before the first meeting until post closing.
