From the first day of home searching, Rachel has been ahead of the game by at least one move (if not three)! She is proactive in finding out information, tracking down items needed or information requested and punctual in response to each inquiry. Her added friendly demeanor, positivity and humor have added to my positive interactions with her. She fights for you in the process and you know she has got your back and is in the trenches with you. Rachel takes the pressure and stress of the entire process out of the way so you can enjoy the time and not sweat the little stuff. She comes highly recommended from start to finish!

Steve is extremely responsive and proactive which complements his deep understanding of the local real estate market ultimately leading to the sale of our home in a day. His negotiation skills got us a sale above asking price. Just as important, Steve is connected with competent home improvement contractors and local government officials which was crucial in the sale of our home. There were some issues with an easement encroachment which we were unaware. Steve resolved it quickly due to his contacts with the town of Cary officials. He also organized the home improvements required to sell the house. The contractors were competent and polite. The work was done professionally, on time and at a reasonable price. Steve is the total package and we highly recommend him.
