From the initial contact on the phone and then in person, I knew this agent would sell our home and land for us. She has a warm and welcoming personality that puts you at ease from the start. Buying or selling a property is hectic and stressful. Patricia knows this and works well at getting results. All properties are unique, we know that. It's one thing to be in an urban area where you find several similar properties, similar sizes and near the same size lots, but when you are in the rural areas of the North Carolina Mountains, you open up exponential differences. She works with buyers and sellers looking for that large or smaller home on a half acre to hundreds of acres with varying elevations all over. This due to being the size property it is and the location, this was family land dating back to 1851. With that, there were undocumented right of ways that had to be settled.
