Working with Carol was great! She gave us good advice on appropriate pricing for the current market and was very quick in helping get the house listed. Carol coordinated photos, inspection, and even a few minor pieces of repair work while we were out-of-town. We were surprised at how quickly the home sold with Carol's help!
