As a buyer's agent she was unflagging in her help and support and left no stone unturned as we attempted (and eventually succeeded!) in getting a house under contract in our price range. She listened to what we wanted and helped us to find it, while also helping us think outside the box as we considered our options. Bobbi really knows her stuff and is incredibly attentive to the market. In the rare instance where she doesn't know (probably some arcane detail...), she will look it up right away and find the answer. She is well-connected with builders, attorneys, lenders, home inspectors, and handy-people of all types, and was at the ready to help us move forward with whatever the next step of the process was.
