We met Colin by chance when he was showing a nearby property. After chatting, we were impressed with his low key but friendly manner and knowledge about and interest in our selling concerns. He quickly followed up with us and was very responsive to texts, phone calls throughout our selling adventure. One particular thing stands out in that he kept us involved every step of the way, tailoring our listing and showings to us as individuals. We followed his advice and were rewarded with multiple scheduled showings and immediate offers above asking.

It was fantastic working with Jason! He made our buying experience better than we could have ever expected. After almost a year of searching and failed offers, the perfect property came up that was listed by Jason. He took my call and immediately got me in to see the house. After I was in love with the property he guided me through the offer process and helped me get closer to obtaining my goal of owning a home. Not only is Jason an extremely down to earth nice guy, he has fantastic communication skills. Any question I had, Jason was right there with an immediate response answering anything I needed to know, and I had a lot of questions! Jason was also extremely up front and transparent with all contracts, so I always knew what I was signing. Even after we closed on our home, Jason frequently called to check in and see how things were going at the new house. I can’t thank him enough!!! 10/10 recommend!!!
