My wife and I where having a difficult time finding the right home in the Smoky Mountains. We had tried several real estate professionals in several counties. Ended up in several bidding wars that really made the home buying experience stressful and disheartening. A friend of ours recommended Kaye Matthews with Berkshire Hathaway and we not only found the right home, but Kaye helped to make the buying experience as stress free as possible. We did not find ourselves in a bidding war and did not have to pay way over market value to find the right home. We highly recommend Kaye Matthew for anyone that is looking to purchase a home in the Haywood County and surrounding areas of the NC Smoky Mountains.

Kenna was very helpful she had so much helpful knowledge from her years of experience that she shared with me as a first time home buyer. Any questions I had she either knew the answers or found out for me. I work nights and she was very accommodating and wonderful at communicating. She was always there for me when I needed her to be. She really goes above and beyond and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sale a home. I just couldn’t thank her enough for all of her help through the whole process. I feel blessed that I found her to be my agent to help me through this journey because she made it so much easier for me and really did help me understand the entire process of buying a home.
