Carolyn negotiated our purchase for a vacation home. Working from out of state her network of local contacts was helpful in the purchase process and work needed after the purchase. She has a great knowledge of the area and her work in local development proved to be a bonus. There are plenty of realtors in western NC and we feel lucky to have run into Carolyn. We dropped by her office on a whim and just over 45 days later we were at closing.
