Katie and Monica work together as a team. They are both incredibly professional ladies who truly go above and beyond to sell your home. Communication with them was easy via text or email. Katie and Monica were punctual for our meetings. Importantly, their advice on the sales price was based on extensive research and was well-reasoned. The data they utilize is provided to you for your own review. These ladies treat you as a critical part of the sales team for your home and are very respectful and supportive. I have extensive experience in buying and selling real estate. The level of service provided by these ladies was extraordinary. I have never had my realtors do so much to assist me in preparing the home for sale and keeping the home presentable, which was complicated by my frequent extended absences from the home. For example, when one of my motorized blinds in a set of four failed, these ladies contacted the manufacturer, determined the replacement procedure, advised me that the manufacturer would replace all four blinds to ensure a color match (free of charge), and then supervised the installation of the blinds. This is just one of many "above and beyond" tasks these ladies performed to help me in the sale of my home. They guided me through every question and concern I had about the process. Impressively, they were also tough negotiators and were a great source of information and recommendations when offers came in. I never once thought they wanted to sell my house at a low price to quickly collect their commission and go to the next customer--an experience I have seen numerous times in my real estate practice as an attorney. Katie and Monica work hard to get you the top dollar for your property. Give them a try. I am confident you will be as impressed as me. They are the best in the business.
