John Pedone was the very best real estate professional we have ever experienced. His knowledge and patience paid off for us. The home he found exceeded our expectations. We are happy with our selection and the closing went smoothly. We recommend John Pedone for any real estate needs. He works the entire United States and buyers and sellers will have no regrets if they put their faith in John’s hands.

Jenn was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad we were able to connect. She really understood our needs and helped us find the perfect home. From start to closing she was prompt, pleasant, and professional. We would gladly work with her again.

Kenny Barnwell is a phenomenal realtor! I spoke with or met at least 4 other realtors before I found THE gem, Kenny Barnwell. My only regret is that I didn’t find him earlier in my home search. Kenny is kind, patient, understanding, respectful, ethical, honest, a great listener and so much more. Kenny has a wealth of knowledge of Hendersonville and the Western North Carolina area. When I first met Kenny, I had a list of what I wanted in a home, he suggested I make a list with 3 columns, needs, wants, and flexible. This was a great suggestion and provided to be very useful in my search. Kenny has his pulse on navigating the crazy, competitive real estate market. He will not sell you a home just to make a quick buck, he looks out for you and has your best interest in mind. He is very responsive and accessible, whether via text, phone, or email, day and night. Once I had an offer accepted, Kenny made the remaining process seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Kenny to anyone looking for a Realtor. He’s unequivocally the best! I feel very fortunate and blessed to have crossed paths with Kenny and wish him continued success. Thank you so very much for everything, Kenny!
