Knowledge of local area

Susan Buchanan helped us with the purpose of our mountain home. She is a lifelong resident of the blue ridge mountains which means she has a very good understanding of the surrounding area and the little mountain towns.

Courtney is the best!

This is my second purchase with Courtney Bell. Both purchases were sight unseen, requiring a great deal of trust in my Realtor. Courtney did an amazing job of finding EXACTLY what I was looking for. Everything was handled with professionalism, honesty and care. I highly recommend Courtney to any buyer or seller.
