Courtney Bell is incredible!!! We've bought and sold several homes in the Denver market which is a BANANAS market! We came to Asheville for a quick 2-day, having a general understanding (as two very analytical people tend to do) of the market. In the past, with our own scrappy research abilities and Zillow, we had only used realtors to broker what we already knew to to be where we wanted to live and what we wanted to sell a home for. Courtney we met rather randomly as we thought we'd pop into the B-H office as we'd have to establish with a realtor at some point either way. Courtney was our first and last point of contact. I had questions (a gazillion) about the schools, general feelings of certain neighborhoods etc and what we received back was FAR beyond anecdotal information. Courtney knows every nook and cranny of Asheville and has incredible market understanding. My husband is no easy sell as an economist (a big ol engineering numbers brain) and if you can win him over w your thoroughness, then I bow to you;). Courtney is smart as a whip and went (I can't believe I'm saying this b/c in the past we've always laughed that we've paid someone gazillions of dollars for minimal work) WAY WAY WAY beyond what I'd expect any professional do to for us- running over to a house in the day it came on the market to video it etc. She guided us, even making connections to schools, people I may connect with professionally. She was literally everything we could've asked for! She's a dynamo!
