He kept me up to date with daily phone calls, and after working with many realtors in the past, I can truly say that Joe had my best interest in mind and still does. I still receive calls from him just checking in and making sure I don’t need anything. Joe knows the area/town extremely well, and anytime there were questions that needed answering he was able to get them very quickly. Truly, it was a great experience. Danene was fantastic. We priced the home competitively and got some decent activity. Wanted it to go fast so we did a price reduction about 10 days in and within a week we were under contract. She was also able to negotiate an extended close to give us time to get out.
